On 8 th October Narender Modi announced that the 500 and 1000 RUPEE notes is going to ban.
It has been officially announced that the note of RUPEE 500 and 1000 has been banned from 8th October midnight and new notes will be published in future.

Now you are thinking that how could be this problem be solved and how this could be overcome.
So from now only 100 and 50 rupee notes could be used only.
 From midnight of November 8, 2016, Rs. 500 and Rs.1000 will cease to be legal tender. “These notes are just papers from tomorrow,” says the prime minister.

People who possess Rs.500 or Rs. 1000 currency notes after December 30 can exchanged at Reserve Bank of India till 31 March 31, 2017.

WHO WILL NOT BE EFFECTED

  • Government has announced that there is some exceptions that hospitals will accept 500 and 1000 RUPEE notes foe 72 hours.
  • Notes will be accepted at petrol diesel and gas station which are authorised by public sector oil companies
  • Customer cooperative store authorised by state and central government .
  • Milk booth authorised by state government.
